Welcome to Settle ("the App"), a personal weight tracking and health insights application developed by Sharique Hussain operating under Symetronz ("we", "our", or "us").

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers.
We do not use any analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs (no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics).
We do not collect location data.
We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
We do not transmit any of your health data to external servers.

In-App Purchases & Payment Data

Settle offers optional premium features via Google Play Billing. Available plans include:

Monthly Plan: ₹99/month with a 7-day free trial
Lifetime Plan: ₹1,999 one-time purchase

All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account information, or any other financial details. Google Play's own Privacy Policy governs all payment data.

Internet Usage

Settle uses the INTERNET permission solely for communicating with Google Play Billing services to verify and process in-app purchases. No user health data, weight entries, or personal information is ever transmitted over the internet.

All permissions are used strictly for in-app functionality. No permission is used to collect, share, or transmit personal data.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties.

The only third-party service integrated into Settle is Google Play Billing, which processes payments directly between you and Google. We have no access to your payment credentials.

We do not embed any third-party advertising, social media, or analytics SDKs in the App.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

Delete All Data: Navigate to Settings → Data → Delete All Data within the App to permanently erase all weight entries and preferences from your device.
Uninstall: Uninstalling Settle from your device will permanently remove all locally stored data associated with the App.

Because we do not store any of your data on external servers, there is no server-side data to request deletion of.

Data Security

Your data is protected by the security mechanisms built into the Android operating system. Data is stored in the App's private internal storage, which is sandboxed and inaccessible to other applications on your device.

While we implement reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device secured with a screen lock and keep your operating system up to date.

Children's Privacy

Settle is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will assist you in addressing the concern.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.

Continued use of the App after any modifications to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, most data protection rights are inherently satisfied by our offline-first architecture.
